A reputed drug cartel boss is in custody in Mexico, authorities say. The Mexican Defense Secretariat said Alberto Espinoza Barron, known as "La Fresa" or "The Strawberry," was arrested Monday in Morelia, capital of Michoacan state, the Latin American Herald Tribune reported Wednesday.
