Civil trial against the military personnel in Naucalpan

Civilian authorities will try soldiers who killed a Security Guards of the State of Mexico (Cusaem) and wounded another on the Metro Cuatro Caminos, The military personnel will face a civil trial because the crime that was committed happened while the soldiers were on military leave.

In a statement, the Ministry of National Defense (SEDENA) confirmed that the detainees are soldiers and committed the crime during military leave, so they will be judged by civilian and not military.
